Stop the Bleed
American College of Surgeons' 'Stop the Bleed' course in controlling traumatic injuries using tourniquets, hemostatic agents, and occlusive dressings. The science supports it: Tourniquets are not taboo! We have an array of different types of tourniquets to try and various wound-packing demonstration devices on which to practice.
This hands-on training course is appropriate for both the general public and first responders.
Make sure he’s your group is prepared for any incident involving bleeding.
Groups of 5 - 12 per session.
Approx. 90 minutes. NJ EMT CEU Credits are available.
